charging structure is based on an agreed fixed fee per searcher action (a hard copy brochure
requested, an email brochure requested, or a holiday searcher referred to your website)
and that's all. There is no minimum fee level so if Holiday Wizard
does not generate interest for you then you don't pay.
Set up is easy & free.
We want to make it easy
for you to try Holiday Wizard so we have waived the set up fee or 'listing
fee' charged by many other websites channels. And of course we do all the work
too - to try Holiday Wizard all you have to do is agree to our terms and send
us a copy of every brochure you would like listed. If you would like to
take advantage of our online
brochure system, 'SeeInside', then we need a copy of your brochure
in PDF (Adobe Acrobat) format too - your printers or designers will be able to make
this easily for you.
No-lock in - stop on 2 weeks notice.
We understand
the Holiday Wizard service is new to many tour operators and tourism support
organisations and you may like to try us without a big up-front commitment.
So we don't lock you in to a fixed term agreement with no exit. Our offer
is very simple - you can withdraw from Holiday Wizard at any time on just
2 weeks notice. We want Holiday Wizard to be easy & risk free for you
to try.
Your commitment to us.
We ask for 2 simple commitments
from our clients - both to ensure a quality service and compliance with the
law. Firstly we ask that Holiday Wizard brochure requests are fulfilled as
fast as reasonably possible to ensure a prompt service. Secondly we require
our clients to handle brochure request data, which is personal data, in accordance
with the Data Protection Act. It is a condition of the Holiday Wizard service
that data supplied is for the use of the client organisation only, may not
be passed to a third party and may not be transferred outside of the United
