Villa Segelato in Tuscany is the base for a four night culinary short break which includes three cookery lessons, wine tasting and exploring the local area. Set in the sunny hills above Lucca, this Fri to Mon hols costs £899 inc flights (and no sgl supplements) for all departures between Feb and May 08.

Monte del Re in Ravenna is a former monastery near to food capital Bologna. The hols includes five cookery lessons, wine tasting and sightseeing in Ravenna and Bologna. For all departures between 7 Jul and 27 Sept 08, the hols costs £1499inc flights, with no sgl supplements.
