Saddle Skedaddle is passionate about pedalling and offers a full range of holiday ideas for those keen to see the world on two wheels.
Whether it’s a self guided lesiurely tour or a more of a mountain biking adventure you’re after, it’s all in this 2008 brochure.
- Saddle Skedaddle promises small groups (between six and 15 people) with self-guided, guided and supported trips available
- Trips range from leisurely to off-road or road biking tours, all graded to make sure you choose the right one for you
- Great value for money, with many meals and snack stops included in the price, as well as handpicked tried and tested accommodation
Temples, Teas and Trails is an 18 day place-to-place tour around Japan starting in Kyoto and taking in 12 days of guided cycling and three days of sightseeing in this fascinating country. There is one departure per month between Apr 08 and Nov 09, costing £2295 per person, not including international flights.
Cotswolds Lanes is a leisurely five day tour starting and finishing in Moreton in Marsh and staying in delightful B&Bs. This supported tour, for a minimum of two riders, ensures luggage is transferred from place to place and costs £370 for all departures between Apr 08 and Oct 09.

Sacred Singletrack in Peru is a challenging 14 day guided off-road touring adventure with high altitude climbs and amazing vistas, totalling 10 or 11 days of biking. Choose from the 17 May or 20 Sep 08 departure costing £990 per person, not including international travel

Saddle Skedaddle has been organising great road tours for many years and this season is no exception! They cater for all levels of road biker, whether you’ve never had a go at road biking before, right up to those with a thirst to follow in the footsteps of Tour de France riders up and down those cols!

Provence is an eight day tour starting and finishing in the glitz French coastal resort of Nice. Whizzing up and down cols, discovering the magnificent Verdon Gorges and breathing in that fresh mountain are all on the agenda for this tour. The tour costs £730 (not inc flights) and departures are on 10 May or 11 Oct 08.
Sardinia Coastal Explorer offers you the chance to discover this beautiful Italian island on a nine day road bike tour going from north to south of the island. The tour costs £740 (exc flights) and there are four departures in 2008.
