Abbeyglen Castle Hotel is a stunning castle built in 1832 that offers a warm welcome on the wild west coast of Ireland, at Clifden in Co Galway. Travelling by car and fastferry during Aug and Sep 08 costs £155 per person for a one night stay, based on two sharing, with extra nights available at £65.

Holyhead to Dun Laoghaire for Dublin from central London by train and then on the ferry at Holyhead costs £27 each way for adults.
Stranraer to Belfast for those travelling over from the Birmingham area would costs £39 for a standard single ticket for adults.

Waterford Crystal this is a day trip with a guided tour of the famous Waterford Crystal factory as well as return travel as a foot passenger between Fishguard and Rosslare on the ferry. The inclusive price for adults is £37, children aged between 4 and 15 pay £27 and under threes are free.
Wexford Town by Coach leave Fishguard as a foot passenger and in Rosslare a coach takes you to Wexford where you’ll spend the day exploring. Adult tickets cost £26, 4-15 years old pay £16 and children 3 or under are free.

Ferry Guide to Holland and Ireland 2008

Stena Line offers day trips by foot, rail and car on the Stena Line ferry from Holyhead in Wales, to Dublin. You’ll have plenty of time for sightseeing, shopping and of course a luscious lunch on the enchanting Emerald Isle.

The Dublin Sightseeing Day Trip includes ferry crossings as a foot passenger and transfers to the city centre with the hop on hop off double decker bus tour of the city. The cost for adults is £34, £32 for students and senior citizens, £16 for 4-14 year olds and free for 3 years and under.
Dublin Daytripper by Car during the week costs £95 for a standard car plus the driver, then an additional £18 for each passenger. This gives you a full day to explore Dublin, or the surrounding countryside, before the return crossing in the evening.
