Combine cooking with walking with this summer 2012 special offer from Exodus

The free Spanish cookery lesson will take place in the authentic Andalusian farmhouse you’ll be staying in for the duration of your walking holiday. Maria runs the Cortijo Rosario and with her catering team she will be showing you how she makes paella using her special recipe using long grain rice. You will also learn how to make a classic Gazpacho cold soup and Rocio will also be tempting you with the local Sangria.
After your cookery lesson, you will be presented with a special Cortijo Rosario cookbook that you’ll be able to take home with you.
Of course, this holiday is not just about the cookery – there’s also the walking! Each day there are guided walks that will take you over the hills, villages, granite peaks and olive groves of the local area including the Sierra de Grazalema National Park. There’s also a day set aside for a tour of Seville as well.
