Thomas Cook has just posted details of late availability holidays to the sunshine Red Sea resorts of Egypt, near the quieter Marsa Alam area.
We picked out the Tulip Resort, which is a four star hotel set on its own private sandy beach. Access to the water for sports and diving is via a jetty directly out into deep water, so as to avoid damaging the living coral beds. This means you can easily enjoy diving and snorkelling without damaging the local eco-system that you came to see, which can only be a good thing in our book!
The hotel prides itself on being friendly and offering good service. As you’ll be staying on an all inclusive basis, you’ll be able to make the most of the buffet restaurant and there’s an Italian style a la carte restaurant too. There are drinks and snacks available all day, so you won’t be going hungry or thirsty during your stay.
The Red Sea area is a mecca for watersports and you won’t be disappointed with the facilities at the Tulip Resort. There are water sports and swimming pools, as well as a sauna, steam room, tennis and fitness room.
The price for a seven day holiday to the four star Tulip Resort in Marsa Alam on an all inclusive basis including flights from Manchester, costs £355.02 per person, based on two sharing, for the 13th May departure. This price is heavily discounted and includes an extra discount of £32.98 per person just for booking online.
