INSURANCE
Any form of travel includes a degree of risk and we strongly recommend being adequately covered before departing from the UK on any of our holidays. In conjunction with Planet Earth Insurance Services we can offer a specifically designed package which provides comprehensive cover for all our winter holidays. The only exception relates to snowmobiling and we know of no policy that does not make the following stipulations: IMPORTANT NOTE ON SNOWMOBILE DRIVING For all holidays (except in Luosto) that include snowmobile driving you are liable for any damage you may cause to the machines. For major damages (normally those over £400) you will be covered by the owner's insurance. In the unlikely event that you damage a snowmobile in a significant manner, you will only be charged the policy excess not the full cost of repair. You will be asked to agree to these conditions, either verbally or in writing, before driving a snowmobile, and the excess amount will be specified. Snowmobiles are easy to drive and damage is rare. Remain alert, drive considerately and always follow the guides' instructions and safety briefing closely. ENSURE YOU HAVE ADEQUATE INSURANCE COVER Before purchasing any policy you should satisfy yourself that the policy meets your specific needs. If you have any questions or wish to see the full details and terms and conditions please contact our reservations staff. If you do choose our insurance at the time of booking or prior to your departure, your policy certificate will be automatically sent with your booking confirmation invoice.

HOW IS MY MONEY PROTECTED?
FINANCIAL PROTECTION We hold an Air Travel Organiser's Licence issued by the Civil Aviation Authority (ATOL number 6865). This means the air holidays in this brochure are ATOL protected. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not left stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking. For further information visit the ATOL website at www.caa.co.uk/atol. If your holiday does not include flights, the insurance we have arranged through International Passenger Protection Limited will financially protect your holiday in the same way except where your contracted arrangements with us do not include transport to and from the UK. In this case, if already abroad, you will be returned to the point where your contacted arrangements with us commenced.
