Situated on Finland's west coast and looking out onto the Gulf of Bothnia, Kemi is a modern city offering a unique range of activities. The city is well known as an outdoors centre and is home to the world famous Sampo Icebreaker, a snow castle and a very diverse selection of incredible winter adventure sports. You can drive a snowmobile across the frozen sea, take a trip on the Icebreaker, float in the Arctic Ocean, drive a reindeer-pulled sleigh and spend the night in a snowcastle all in one day! We offer a wide range of winter activities in Kemi allowing you to design your own winter holiday. You can combine dog sledding, snowmobiling, a trip on an icebreaker and many more fabulous adventures into either a short break or a longer stay, giving you maximum flexibility.

The HuviRetki restaurant is where guests enjoy their buffet breakfasts and evening meals, the Lyhty also provides a dance floor for after-dinner entertainment. The hotel also has a Mexican restaurant and pub called Old Gringo which is very popular with locals and guests alike.
