Cruising the Indian Ocean
A
s a holiday destination the Indian Ocean is without doubt one of the few remaining areas in the world that is still relatively uncommercialised and largely unaffected by mass tourism.
Our cruises range in duration from 4 to 18 nights, with itineraries which include the breathtakingly beautiful coral reef-encircled Seychelles islands; the fascinating Mascarene islands of Mauritius, with its ever-changing scenery, and the French influenced island of La Réunion; picturesque Madagascar; the `perfumed islands' of The Comoros and the bustling bazaars of Zanzibar. Each island has a distinct and unique character of its own. South Africa reveals an abundance of amazing scenery and diverse cultures. Our `Voyage to the Cape' visits the exciting ports of Durban, East London, Port Elizabeth, Mossel Bay and cosmopolitan Cape Town. What makes us unique is that we offer cruises of varying durations which can be combined with a relaxing stay at an exotic Kenya beach hotel and optional safari adventures.
SINCE 1990 WE HAVE OFFERED A YEAR ROUND PROGRAMME OF CRUISES ABOARD THE YACHT-LIKE M.S. ROYAL STAR TO THE IDYLLIC AND BEAUTIFUL ISLANDS OF THE INDIAN OCEAN.
AFRICAN SAFARI CLUB
From its small beginnings in 1967, the group now controls ten hotels in Kenya and six safari lodges and camps, together with its own transfer and safari vehicles as well as a fleet of light aircraft to fly you to or from the wilderness game reserves from a private airstrip. The infrastructure also includes African Safari Airways who operate an Airbus A310-308 aircraft between Gatwick and various other European gateways and Mombasa several times a week. We also offer holidays to Egypt which include a seven night Nile cruise aboard the five star M.S Star of Luxor, exclusive to African Safari Club, with the option of extending your stay from a choice of hotels in Luxor - a memorable holiday experience.
