FLORIDA HOMES Pre-bookable Extras Grocery Packs Take the hastle out of your first night by pre-booking one of our grocery packs and eliminate the need to search for a supermarket after your flight. All you need to do is select from our Standard, Superior or Deluxe packages and Thomas Cook will sort the rest. The pack will be waiting for you so you can relax from the word go. Standard Packages from £39 include: Tea, coffee, sugar, water, bread, eggs, butter, cereal, orange juice and milk. Superior Packages from £55 include: All Standard items plus soda, fruit, crackers, jam and cheese. Deluxe Packages from £79 include: All Superior items plus bottle of wine, beer, ham, cheese and bacon. Heated Pool Available at an additional cost of approx. $30 plus tax per day, payable locally. This service will need to be requested before travel. Pool heating is not necessary during peak summer months due to the outside temperature. Maximum pool temp with heating is 85°F. Gas Barbecues Available for hire at $6 plus tax per day, payable locally. Simply request before travel. Our holiday homes are located in purpose-built developments of homes and town houses with grassy lawns, sun-warmed pools and quiet streets. You'll find like-minded holidaymakers as well as local residents, drawn to the easy access to the region's shops, restaurants and attractions. You'll need a car to strike out and explore the area, as your home will be situated in a peaceful suburb, just a short drive away from the action. Facilities Our homes range from three to five bedrooms, with generous rooms, living areas and private covered pools, and all feature modern kitchens/kitchenettes, air-conditioning, comfortable bathrooms, car parking, cable or satellite TV and private outdoor space to enjoy the Florida sunshine. Whatever size your party, please note that dining areas usually feature seating for up to 8 people maximum and living areas feature sofa and chairs for up to six.
