Ibiza sunsets are phenomenal! We make this experience even more breathtaking as you watch the setting sun from our exclusive catamaran whilst listening to chill out tunes and enjoying a cold glass of wine. All excursions are operated by local suppliers, are subject to availability and change, and are only bookable in resort. Please see the booking conditions for details.
With its (well deserved) reputation for fantastic, frenetic nightlife, this little Mediterranean gem has rather more to recommend it. Sure, San Antonio rocks . . . but elsewhere theres rural calm, family resorts, colourful scenery, and charming tradition. Open your eyes to the real Ibiza.

beaches
The longest Blue Flag beach on the island, Playa den Bossa tops a list of bays that includes the peaceful sands of Es Cana, Santa Eulalias horseshoe sweep, the deep and gently shelving bay of Cala Llonga, the pine-backed dunes of Ses Salinas and boat trips from the ribbon sands round San Antonio bay.
nightlife
After-dark Ibiza needs no introduction! Probably the nightclub capital of the world, it attracts the most famous DJs to an array of clubs across Ibiza, backed up by countless ultra-cool bars. Steer clear of San Antonio Town if outrageous behaviour and loud music arent your thing.
places to see
Take a trip to the densely wooded interior of the island for olive, almond and carob groves, hilltop churches, whitewashed villages and terrific tapas bars. See the fossil rocks and waterfall cascade of the Can Marca cave. Allow a full day to explore Ibiza Towns medieval fortress and the UNESCO World Heritage site of its ancient Dalt Vila district.
getting around
Theres a good bus service linking Ibiza Town with San Antonio and several other large resorts, and local boats (summer) calling in on several coastal destinations. If you want to explore the interior, though, youll probably want to hire a car as buses are few and far between.

eating out
Seafood treats include the islands delicious fish casserole, while breaded chicken is among the meat specialities. Along with locally grown fruit and vegetables, Ibiza produces some likeable wines and hierebas, a herby liqueur.
car hire
Avis offers total flexibility and a wide variety of cars. Enjoy the freedom to explore, so you can go wherever and whenever you want this holiday. Prebookable taxi transfers not available.
shopping
Bags, belts and shoes are good leather-ware bargains. Pottery and glass make colourful hand crafted souvenirs, and woven raffia work is light enough to pack and bring home. San Antonio and Ibiza Town are the best bets for serious shopping.
