Children's Corner · FREE accommodation for a child sharing a room with 2 adults or 2 full-fare paying passengers is offered at many properties. This means that the child is only charged for the cost of the flights plus transfers to the accommodation. · In Studios & Apartments, the child must also share accommodation with 2 adults but in this case the FREE accommodation offer means that the child's place is not included to calculate the total occupancy of the Studio/Apartment and may affect the overall holiday cost. Up to 50% Meals Concession for Children At a number of hotels, children can benefit from a reduction of up to 50% on the Half Board, Full Board and All Inclusive supplements. Single Parent Concession When a twin-bedded room is occupied by 1 adult and 1 child (2-12 yrs), both persons are usually charged the standard holiday cost unless you have selected a hotel which offers a special Single Parent discount. As a rule, this means that the child (sharing a room with 1 adult) is entitled to FREE accommodation (see `Child' price column in relevant price panels) whilst the adult is charged the single room supplement. As this offer varies between hotels, please check the relevant `Added Value' section and full details will be confirmed to you at the time of booking. · Depend on your selected departure airport, travel date and accommodation type · Are subject to availability · Are limited to 1 child per booking · Many hotels extend their FREE accommodation offer to 2 children sharing a four-bedded room with 2 adults (costs detailed in `Child' price column will apply to each child). At the Coral Beach Hotel & Resort in Paphos (p.22), this even applies to 3 children! Infants · A charge of £35 on charter flights, £45 on scheduled flights to Greece and Cyprus is made for infants under 2 years of age on the date of their return flight. The infant is not entitled to a luggage allowance and sits on an adult's lap except if there is an empty seat. Infants do not pay holiday insurance when travelling with insured passengers. · FREE baby cots are available at many properties; this is detailed in `Children's Facilities' on the relevant accommodation page. When a charge is made for the cot, it is to be paid by you locally. At self-catering properties, the applicable supplement will be approx £3 per night and linen is not supplied. (Please remember to request the baby cot at the time of booking). · Important: No twin-bedded rooms (unless specified otherwise) can accommodate an extra bed in addition to a baby cot Up to 35% Concession for Children · When `free accommodation' does not apply, a child sharing a room with 2 adults or 2 full-fare paying passengers could nevertheless be entitled to a discount of up to 35%. · A discount may also be offered when 2 children share a four-bedded room with 2 adults. When applicable, this is shown in the `Added Value' section relating to your chosen accommodation. · Savings of up to 20% can also be enjoyed at many hotels even when 2 children (travelling with 2 adults/2 full fare paying passengers) occupy a separate twinbedded room. When applicable, straightforward Child Discounts (1 child sharing with 2 adults) are shown as a percentage in the relevant price panels. Don't forget to also examine the `Added Value' section relating to your chosen accommodation as further savings may apply. 6
