Added Value Flexible Holiday Durations
Frequent scheduled flight services to Cyprus and Greece mean that we can arrange for your holiday duration to be as long as you choose, giving you added freedom and flexibility.You can calculate the additional accommodation cost for 8-13 nights or more than 14 nights stay using the `Extra Night Supplement' shown in the property's price panel. As the `Extra Night Supplement' is based on the actual `nights' you spend at your accommodation and varies depending on which date period it falls under, please remember to add the appropriate cost that applies to each night.

Complimentary Specials
In addition to the money-saving offers detailed on these pages, Argo guests will also receive an attractive range of free extra benefits at many of the hotels we feature. Though different for each property, these `finishing touches' often include a free welcome drink, free wine & fruit on arrival, free use of tennis courts or fitness facilities, and free cake and wine on birthdays and anniversaries. A First Class Start
We recognise that a relaxing start to your holiday can make a real difference to your enjoyment. As a result, we have negotiated a special supplement of £25 per person to enjoy the facilities of the Business Class Lounges available at most UK airports.These comfortable lounges offer a complimentary bar, tea, coffee, light snacks, newspapers, fax & telephone facilities. Convenient Departures
Taxi Transfers are provided for most of our 5-Star properties, but in some cases in the Greek Islands, for operational reasons a suitable alternative may be provided. For 4-Star properties air-conditioned taxi/express air-conditioned mini-bus/coach transfers are included. Taxi transfers are based on a minimum of 2 passengers should you not wish to share your journey with other passengers, private taxi transfer costs are shown on pages 278-279. At other hotels and self-catering properties, transfers are operated by coach/mini-bus. At some destinations, we also give you the option to pay for a `taxi transfer supplement' and, when applicable, this is shown in the price panel. These optional taxi transfer costs are `per taxi', based on the return journey for a minimum of 1 / maximum of 3 passengers sharing the taxi. NB.When car hire is included in the holiday cost,taxi/coach/mini-bus transfers are not included.
Car Parking at UK Airports
Your travel documents will include details of car parking facilities available close to your departure airport. Please see page 280 for more details.
Group Discount
We offer many flight routes from various regional airports, in response to nationwide demand for convenient departures. Please see pages 278-279 for more information.
On holidays starting between 1/5-3/7, if you organise a party of 16 (minimum) full-fare paying passengers travelling to the same accommodation, on the same charter flight, for the same duration, the 16th person will travel FREE. On any other dates or holidays based on scheduled flights, the 16th person will still be entitled to a 50% discount. For more details, please call us on 0871 902 7070. For parties of over 20 passengers, only `group rates' apply and can be obtained on request.
IMPORTANT
The following information relates to offers detailed on these pages. 1.`Free Accommodation',`Child Price'offers and discounts for children mostly apply to children who have not yet reached their 13th birthday on the date of their return flight. However, in some instances the age limit varies and details are shown in the `Added Value!' section relevant to your chosen accommodation. Should we discover that a discount has been claimed due to false disclosure of the age of the child, the price difference will be charged to you in the resort. 2. Most special offers/savings only apply at specific accommodation and usually on selected dates.When applicable, precise details are shown in the relevant `Added Value!' section on the accommodation page. Unless we specify otherwise, the offers are applicable to `holidays starting & completed between' the dates indicated.
3.All discounts such as `BOOK NOW',`Free accommodation for child',`Discount for Children', `Group Discounts',`Over 65's',`3rd/4th Adult Discount', etc. apply to the basic holiday cost. Other supplements applicable to your booking (such as Flight Supplement, Half Board, Full Board, Sea View, etc) will be added to the holiday cost. 4. Late Savers Accommodation for such bookings is very often allocated on arrival and may not be a property featured in our collection. Standards of accommodation and service may vary depending on the property. All offers must be confirmed by us when you make your booking and noted on your booking form. When applicable, offers only apply to holidays featured in this brochure and not to any specials late holiday offers which may be advertised in subsequent literature.
