Explore the history of the ancient Roman Empire, go wild in the Swiss Alps with adventure sports to die for, and let loose the cultural connoisseur within you as we discover the architectural beauty in Prague and the modern art and ambience in Amsterdam. This is definitely a European experience you will be talking about for years!
Day 1-4, Rome & Vatican City - Verona - Venice - Beginning in Italy's massive capital, Rome, you'll be greeted with an infinite number of options: visit museums, explore ancient ruins and admire the fashions. Passing through fair Verona we have time to visit Juliet's balcony before arriving in Venice, where you can relax with a glass of Chianti and a bowl of scrumptious pasta. Day 5-8, Lauterbrunnen - Tyrol - Vienna - We stop in Lauterbrunnen, where the stunning alpine scenery will take your breath away. Head to the summit of the 4000m Jungfrau by cog railway, and go hiking, biking, sky diving or paragliding. In Innsbruck (Tyrol region) we include a walking tour and you can take on the rapids with some white water rafting. Next we visit Vienna, the home of strudel, schnapps and delicious Vienna coffee. Day 9-14, Prague - Heidelberg - Amsterdam - London Prague is a beautiful city with famous golden spires and architectural styles ranging from the Renaissance and Baroque up to the 20th Century. Sip a Pilsner in a beer hall or visit the enchanting Charles Bridge. We stop in Heidelberg, a medieval university town with a magnificent castle, before arriving in Amsterdam where we include a cheese tasting and clog making demonstration. Check out the famous red light district before we travel to London, where our tour ends in the evening of Day 14.
