Traverse through one of the world's most glamorous cities, Paris, and discover what adventure tastes like in the Swiss Alps with plenty of activities to keep you energised! Fall in love with Italian food, culture and art as you travel from the fishing villages of Cinque Terre to the waterways of Venice. Soak up the modest medieval vibe in Ljubljana with a visit to the beautiful castle, and relax in the beautiful national parks and coastline of the northern Adriatic.
Day 1-6, London - Paris - Lauterbrunnen - Avignon French Riviera - Meeting in London we take the ferry to Calais and drive past the WW1 battlefields of the Somme on our way to Paris. Soak up the romance of the city or visit the Eiffel Tower, the Champs-Elysees and Sacre Coeur. Our next stop is Lauterbrunnen in the stunning Swiss Alps, where you can head to the summit of the mighty 4000m Jungfrau by cog railway. Back into France, we visit the enchanting city of Avignon and then take in the golden beaches and casinos of Monte Carlo and the French Riviera. Day 7-13, Cinque Terre - Pisa - Florence - Rome - Verona - Venice - We visit the colourful fishing villages in Cinque Terre and then via the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa we make our way to cultural Florence, home to world-class art galleries and delicious gelati. Our next stop is Rome where you can wander through ancient ruins or relax with a cappuccino after a hard day's shopping. After passing through Verona we arrive in Venice, the city of grand canals, where you can take a gondola ride or just traverse the city. Day 14-19, Ljubljana - Plitvice - Dubrovnik - Split - In Ljubljana there's time to check out the beautiful castle and the Square of the Three Bridges before we arrive in Plitvice National Park, which has great walks, turquoise lakes and plenty of waterfalls. Dubrovnik is our next stop; this city was rocked by shelling in 1991 but has been painstakingly restored and is back to its former glory. We end our epic adventure in idyllic Split on Croatia's stunning Dalmatian coast.
