From the well known highlights of France and Italy to the hidden gems of Eastern Europe, this four week tour is incredibly diverse and full of life. Visit European icons such as the Eiffel Tower and Colosseum, and lose yourself in the picture-perfect Swiss Alps. Discover the stunning architecture in Dubrovnik and Budapest, the breathtaking scenery in Slovenia and the magic of Prague.
Day 1-6, London - Paris - Lauterbrunnen - Avignon French Riviera - After an early meeting in London we travel to glamorous Paris, the home of the Mona Lisa, the Eiffel Tower and the Champs-Elysees. We then make our way to the Swiss Alps for a picturesque alpine escape before spending a few relaxing days on the French Riviera. Day 7-13, Cinque Terre - Pisa - Florence - Rome - Verona - Venice - Travelling into Italy we stop at the fishing villages of Cinque Terre and then have time to wear our cameras out at the Leaning Tower of Pisa. We visit Florence, Italy's cultural gem with museums and galleries galore, and then spend time in Rome, the ancient capital. We stop in Verona with time to visit Juliet's balcony and leave a message for a long-lost lover and then arrive in Venice, the magnificent canal city. Explore on foot or by gondola. Day 14-21, Ljubljana - Plitvice - Dubrovnik - Split - Zagreb - Budapest - Ljubljana, meaning `beloved' in Slovene, is our next stop. Explore the Old Town and indulge in some traditional Slovenian fare at one of the markets. Following on we stop in Plitvice, a beautiful national park with many trails, paths and turquoise lakes. Split is next on our list and we stay on the beautiful Dalmation coast, where you can explore opulent palaces and relax on stunning beaches. We explore the great café culture in Zagreb before arriving in romantic Hungary, the home of the Danube, great thermal spas and the Chain Bridge. Day 22-28, Prague - Berlin - Amsterdam - London We admire the fascinating architecture and check out the great nightlife in Prague, and discover Berlin's history and atmosphere before finishing in Amsterdam, the city of cheese, clogs and red lights.
