How to Book with Budget Expeditions

Booking Conditions
Review our booking conditions. Booking with us means you have read and agree to these conditions.
for 18 to 35's
Deposit
In order to book your trip you must pay a non-refundable deposit. If your tour includes the Inca Trail Trek or the Gorilla Trek you will be required to make an additional deposit to confirm your booking. These amounts are listed in our booking conditions (see p97). If you are booking less than 60 days before your departure date full payment is required.
Recruitment
We are always looking for enthusiastic, professional people to join our team of expert tour leaders, drivers and cooks in Europe, Africa and South America.
For Europe all applicants must have a valid UK work visa and be able to commit to a full Europe Summer season from May to October. For South America and Africa, you must be able to commit to a minimum 12 month contract and be able to get yourself to South America or Africa for training (unpaid). Tour Leaders must: · Have excellent leadership, organisational and customer service skills · Be able to deliver information verbally · Be self motivated and commited to offering perfect service at all times Drivers must: · Be in possession of a valid PCV/HGV coach license or Australian/New Zealand HR license, and international license in the same category · Have experience of driving heavy vehicles · Mechanical knowledge essential for drivers wishing to work in South America and Africa Cooks (Europe) must: · Have experience in cooking for large numbers · Have a thorough understanding of food hygiene procedures If you feel you fulfil the above criteria then please email your recent CV to: janine@tucantravel.com
Your Details
Before we can confirm your booking we will require your full name, sex, passport number, date of issue and expiry, date of birth, nationality, email address and any pre-existing medical conditions.
Travel Insurance
You must have comprehensive Travel Insurance to travel with Budget Expeditions.
Final Payment
The full balance of your tour cost is due 60 days prior to your departure. If you book within 60 days of your tour departure full payment must be made immediately.
Documents
Once you have paid your deposit Budget Expeditions will provide you with all of your relevant pre-departure information including Trip Notes, Country Profiles and Need2Knows. Your final documentation will be issued 30 days prior to departure.
