Location: The villa is situated in the hillside village of Montignargues amidst a sea of vineyards, with the beautiful Roman town of Nimes, the traditional market town of Uzes and the famous Pont du Gard all within ½ hours drive. Property: The villa is a modern self contained property offering every convenience. Inside, there are no stairs to overcome, all rooms are contained within the one ground floor. The villa comfortably sleeps six people (one double bedroom with air-conditioning and two twins), with a bathroom containing twin basins, bath-tub/shower and two individually housed toilets. It has a spacious newly refurbished fully equipped kitchen with utility room (including washing machine, tumble drier, freezer) and large sitting room with open fireplace (including TV with UK channels, K English videos and DVD's, board games, CD player). There are two sets of French doors which open onto the terrace and garden. Garden: The private south facing garden is fully fenced and well maintained with swimming pool (including safety cover) and also includes d a BBQ, a table and chairs and 6 sunbeds. For peace of mind, there is also secure off road parking (including garage) for up to 3 vehicles.
