The village offers shops and a café/restaurant whilst Angouleme and Cognac are not far away by car. Ground floor accommodation also includes kitchen/utility room, lounge/dining room and 2 luxury shower rooms each including WC facilities. Comfortably sleeps 6 adults. UK satellite TV provided and laundry facilities available. The gite has the benefit of its own garden, patio and barbeque area. The English owners live in the adjoining farmhouse. There is a beautiful large single level pool, which is 10m x 7m with a stepped end. The location provides ample opportunities for walking, cycling and bird watching and in contrast Royan with its extensive beaches and restaurants is within 20 minutes. All bed linen and towels are provided however we do ask guests to bring their own swimming towels. The gite is non-smoking and whilst we have our own cats we are sadly unable to accept any other pets.
