Situated just 400 metres from the centre of the Luberon village of Menerbes, famous as the location for Peter Mayle's 'A Year in Provence', a perfect base to explore the wonderful surrounding countryside. The village has many shops,a bar and several restaurants. The house, garden and pool are for the exclusive use of the tennants. There is one double bedroom with an ensuite shower, a well equipped fitted kitchen/diner, and a huge lounge with TV and VCR. The 3/4 acre garden is secluded and offers terrific views across a vineyard to wooded mountains beyond. The land is terraced, and on a level below the house is a 11m. x 4m. pool with glorious views. There is a gas BBQ, and several sun bathing areas. This large property has three bedrooms, but two will not be available in 2008.
