Situated just 400 metres from the centre of the Luberon village of Menerbes, famous as the location for Peter Mayle's 'A Year in Provence', a perfect base to explore the wonderful surrounding countryside. There is one double bedroom with an ensuite shower, a well equipped fitted kitchen/diner, and a huge lounge with TV and VCR. The 3/4 acre garden is secluded and offers terrific views across a vineyard to wooded mountains beyond. The land is terraced, and on a level below the house is a 11m. x 4m. pool with glorious views. There is a gas BBQ, and several sun bathing areas. This large property has three bedrooms, but two will not be available in 2008.
