A study with a work table and telephone/computer connection leads off the living room. The kitchen and breakfast room are well equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The basement has parking for two cars, table tennis and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. 2 double bedrooms open onto a south-facing balcony and share a bathroom. Double and twin-bedded rooms have a second bathroom. All the bedrooms have polished wood floors and reading lamps. Bicycles are available and a cleaner visits the house weekly.
