Delightful stone farmhouse and private pool in 1.25 acres situated in an area of spectacular natural beauty, between the ancient bastide village of Penne Du Tarn (5 klms) and the medieval market town of St Antonin Noble Val (15 klms). The area provides excellent facilities for horse riding, tennis, canoeing, fishing, mountain biking and walking. In contrast and all within 1 hours drive, the cities of Albi, Montauban and Toulouse offer shops, cafes and restaurants, interesting architecture, museums and beautiful cathedrals. Or, you may just wish to enjoy the quiet seclusion of poolside, designed to give you maximum comfort and space to relax. Accommodation: The house has been sympathetically restored throughout. There are 4 double bedrooms, one en-suite and a separate bathroom shower/WC on the first floor. Sitting room, large kitchen/dining room including dishwasher and washing machine, TV, DVD and video. There is a large covered barn area with built in barbeque. The pool is 12x5 with Roman steps and floodlighting.

It is situated 2km from Salvagnac in the famous Gaillac wine region and is surrounded by vineyards, woods and farms. Toulouse, Montauban, Gaillac and Albi are within easy reach and there are several bastide towns to explore and many pretty villages to discover. Accommodation: Ground floor: open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room, 'snug' with wood-burning stove, hallway, laundry/shower room, separate WC. First Floor: 4 bedrooms; 1 large double, 2 twins, and 1 twin child's bedroom with access to garden, bathroom/WC. (NB whilst there are beds for 8, the house is only let for 6 people). Quietly situated our typical ancient Quercy farmhouse offers very spacious and comfortable accommodation, with its own private driveway and parking area. The sympathetically converted cow barn and hayloft, sleeps four and offers two double bedrooms, both with en suite facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped and the comfortable sitting room opens out onto the terrace with built-in BBQ. The swimming pool, 12 x 6 metres, is privately situated close to the terrace and is surrounded by field land and woods affording spectacular views across the Causse and valley.
