Unique in the Vendee area, The Domaine is a new development of detached and semi-detached villas all with their own heated pool. The famous long, sandy beaches are only 3.6 km away; Spa Thalasso-therapy centre, forest footpaths, cycle tracks, sports facilities including the 18 hole golf course rated in the top 50 golfs in France, excellent restaurants, bars, lively promenade, shops, market - all are nearby at St Jean de Monts. All the villas are enclosed in their own plot approx. 500m², have their own heated pool approx. 8m x 4m, a good sized lounge with French windows opening onto the tiled pool terrace, kitchen and dining facilities and outside furniture. We have villas that sleep 8 with 4 bedrooms and 2 bath/shower rooms and 2 toilets; villas that sleep 6 with 3 bedrooms, 2 bath/shower rooms; and villas that sleep 4 with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom - all with their own heated pool. They each have their own terrace (terrace area is fenced), use of the grounds, table tennis and games room and share the 14m swimming pool with B&B guests in the château. The Vendée coast is within easy reach (St Jean de Monts 45 minutes), as are the historic town of Nantes (20 minutes) and numerous places to visit.
