One of the most historic and well preserved castles in Tuscany and renowned Chianti Classico wine estate, Castello Vicchiomaggio can be traced back to the 5th century. The owners have cleverly converted parts of the castle to provide nine self catering apartments, conserving the original historic architecture and atmosphere. Each apartment is unique and well furnished, in the main with antique furniture, with small, simple kitchenettes to enjoy the occasional evening in. There is a choice of three apartments in the Castle as well as a rst oor hotel suite on a bed and breakfast arrangement in the nearby Canonica. You can enjoy weekly holidays from Saturday to Saturday or if you require a shorter duration then you can stay for any number of nights (minimum 2) starting on any day of the week, subject to availability.
DONATELLA SUITE 1 BEDROOM/1 SHOWER ROOM SLEEPS 2*
The Canonica, adjacent to the main parking area at Castello Vicchiomaggio has recently been totally redeveloped and refurbished to provide nine hotel rooms, each beautifully furnished in Tuscan style. Breakfast is provided in the restaurant in the Castle itself. *Plus a child under 10.
ROCOCO 1 - 1 BEDROOM/1 BATHROOM APARTMENT SLEEPS 2-4 LORENZO - 2 BEDROOM/1 BATHROOM APARTMENT SLEEPS 4 + 1 (CHILD UNDER 10 ONLY)
First oor : Entrance is via an outer hall o the Castellos central courtyard. Large living room with simple kitchenette, equipped with fridge, oven, toaster, kettle etc. There is one double and one twin bedroom and one bathroom. The apartment has satellite TV, a safe, hair dryer and ironing facilities. A single bed can be made available for one child in one of the bedrooms.
SLEEPS 2
First oor : Access is via internal stone staircase into very spacious living room with a double sofabed and dining area. Simple kitchenette, equipped with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. Large double bedroom. Bathroom. The apartment has satellite TV, a safe, hair dryer and ironing facilities.
BOTTICELLI - STUDIO APARTMENT/1 BATHROOM
First oor : Access is via 11D2 ights of internal stone stairs. This is a very large, spacious studio apartment with a double bed, living and dining area, satellite TV, a safe, hair dryer and ironing facilities. A few steps lead to the compact, but simple galley kitchenette, equipped with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. This leads to the bathroom.
Outside : extensive gardens in Italian formal style with garden furniture.

7 nights, Saturday to Saturday, and pay for ONLY 6 for any week of the year. Stay 4 nights, check in Saturday for 30% discount on the 4th night, valid for any week of the year. Valid for any reservation conrmed 3 months or more before holiday commencement.
