Taormina
4 Days / 3 Nights from £475 Located on the terrace of Mount Etna and a cable car ride away from pretty beaches, the former capital of Byzantine Sicily, Taormina, is a well-preserved medieval town with a wealth of cultural attractions. It has been a holiday destination for a number of writers, artists, aristocrats and royalty over the centuries. Attractions include Teatro Greco, a Greek amphitheatre built in the 3rd century BC, and Vila Comunale, the hanging gardens of tropical plants and delicate flowers.
San Domenico Palace
