Day 1 To Singapore: Fly from London to Singapore, via Kuala Lumpur, with Malaysian Airlines. (N) Day 2 Singapore: Morning transfer to the Oriental Hotel for 2 nights. Afternoon at leisure. (N) Day 3 Singapore: Morning city tour visiting the Civic District, Merlion Park, Thian Hock Keng Temple and the National Orchid Garden. (B) Day 4 To Malacca: Morning drive to Malacca, once one of the most important hubs in the Orient for silk and spice trading. Stay at the Renaissance Hotel for 1 night. Afternoon city tour including St Paul's Hill for panoramic city views, Fort De Santiago and Jonker Street, known as `Antique Row'. Baba Nyonya dinner, a blend of Chinese and Malay cooking developed by the Peranakans. (B, D) Day 5 To Kuala Lumpur: Morning at leisure or optional tours. Afternoon drive to Kuala Lumpur.
