Hotel Plaza Grande Quito
The Plaza Grande is located in the centre of Quito in the Plaza de Independencia. It is one of the most luxurious hotels in South America, with 15 suites designed in the style of a colonial mansion. The hotel combines traditional decor with modern facilities, including a spa and in-room jacuzzis. The restaurant La Belle Epoque has views of Plaza and the Panecillo Hill.
Hacienda Pinsaqui Otavalo Region
Located close to Otavalo Market and San Pablo Lake, this family-owned hacienda was originally built in 1790 as a textile workshop. Guests have included the revolutionary General Simon Bolivar. The property is furnished with local antiques, and all 25 rustic rooms feature individual fireplaces. The hacienda restaurant serves traditional Ecuadorian cuisine.

Located just two hours' drive from Quito, Arashá is set within one of the earth's `hot spots' of biodiversity, on the western slopes of the Andes.
