Continue to Cartagena, one of the world's most beautiful cities, and stay in a luxury hotel converted from a 17th century convent. Conclude on the beaches of Tayrona National Park, an unspoilt part of the Caribbean by the lush slopes of the Sierra Nevada, and visit the first Spanish settlement in South America.

(B) Day 4 Cartagena: Half day tour of Cartagena, including the impressive and impregnable Spanish fort San Felipe, the hilltop Convento de la Popa and the convent of San Pedro Claver, after taking a walking tour of the old town. (B) Day 5 Cartagena: Day at leisure to discover more of this historic city or take an optional boat tour to the Rosario Islands. (B) Day 6 Tayrona National Park: Transfer along the exotic Caribbean coast to the Tayrona National Park. Stay 4 nights at Eco Habs, a collection of 14 attractive split level bungalows built from natural wood in the style of Tayrona Indian huts. The bungalows are located next to the beach, and all have sea views. (B, D) Days 7 - 9 Tayrona National Park: At leisure on the Caribbean Coast . (B, D) Day 10 To Bogota: Transfer to Santa Marta, the oldest Spanish settlement in South America. Take a tour of the city, including the wonderful collection of gold from the Tayrona civilisation, and the final resting place of Simon Bolivar. Fly to Bogota for 1 night at Casa Medina. (B) Day 11 To London: Afternoon transfer to the airport for a flight to London, via Paris, with Air France. (B) Andean valleys. Visit the historic centre `La Candelaria', the Fernando Botero Gallery and the Gold Museum. Continue to Zipaquirá and the amazing salt cathedral. (B, L) Day 3 To Cartagena: Transfer to the airport and fly to the beautiful Caribbean city of Cartagena. Stay Day 12 London: Afternoon arrival.
