Day 1 To Amman: Fly from London to Amman with Royal Jordanian Airlines. Transfer to the Four Seasons Hotel for 3 nights. (N) Day 2 Jerash & Amman: Morning tour of the remarkably well-preserved Roman city of Jerash. Afternoon tour of Amman, visiting the citadel and Roman theatre. (B) Day 3 Madaba, Mount Nebo & Dead Sea: Morning visit to Madaba, home to a Byzantine mosaic map of the region, and Mount Nebo, from where Moses first viewed the Holy Land. Enter the city through the Siq canyon, which opens out in front of the dramatic Treasury tomb, and continue through the atmospheric ruins of a lost civilization. (B) Day 6 Petra: At leisure to explore Petra (your entrance fee is included). (B) Day 7 To Amman: Morning drive to Wadi Rum for a 4 x 4 excursion into the desert. This afternoon, transfer to Amman and stay overnight at the Four Seasons Hotel. (B)
