The Bristol hotel is well-located close to plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. The Bristol is Gibraltar's longest established hotel and offers a good standard of service. Each of the hotel's 60 bedrooms are comfortably furnished and benefit from air-conditioning, fridge, TV and phone. Other hotel facilities include a breakfast room/bar and a small swimming pool (covered in winter). The swimming pool is adjacent to the breakfast room and snack bar. Official rating 3-star

IBEROSTAR CITY HOTEL CAMPO DE GIBRALTAR ****
A great base for sightseeing in Gibraltar, this Iberostar hotel is set in La Linea, just across the border. By the seafront promenade with views of the rock, spacious communal areas lend an airy feel to the city-style property, which has a restaurant, cafe-bar and outdoor swimming pool (summer only). 195 rooms have air-conditioning, TV, telephone, minibar, safe and hairdryer. There is also a pleasant beach nearby and a number of leisure and entertainment amenities. Official rating 4 star.

The O'Callaghan Eliott is a popular hotel, centrally located on tree-lined Governor's Parade just off Main Street. Cresta customers are allocated double rooms with a king-size bed or standard twin rooms. All 120 rooms offer balconies, airconditioning, phone, satellite TV, tea & coffee making facilities, trouser-press, hairdryer and private bathroom. This hotel has the only rooftop swimming pool in Gibraltar and in addition to this boasts a small gym, sauna, piano bar and restaurant.
