These personal skills courses give you the training you need to really take your riding to the next level. Also, by using the latest training systems and ideas, we teach you to self-analyse so you can continue to improve long after your course has nished. Trail Centre Day Courses New for 2008 were offering a superb range of one-day courses across England, Wales and Scotland. Each course is packed into a well structured day, so you come away brimming with new ideas and sharper skills. There are three courses to choose from: f Singletrack Skills Smooth, owing and unfazed by switchbacks, berms or sudden terrain changes the experienced singletrack rider can really get the most out of the UKs man-made trail centres. If you want to hone your skills on all parts of the trail, this is the course for you. f Speed and Energy Enduros, 24hr races and xc competitions all demand high levels of focus, the ability to ride at speed over all terrains and an understanding of how to manage your energy to best effect. With experience coaching race teams and the British Olympic Talent Team, we know how to make you smoother, faster and more efcient. One-day courses Max. 6 people £70 per person f Jumps and Drops This introductory course will get the core jump skills drilled into you, then have you ying over jumps and drops with good technique and real style. If you follow the program and stay committed youll be airborne in no time. 4
