BOOKING YOUR HOLIDAY 1 2 WHO WILL BE COMING? The booking is made by the first named person on behalf of all passengers in their party and the address given should be that of the first named person to whom all correspondence will be sent. WHICH HOLIDAY AND WHEN? We will ask you for the holiday code. The code (prefixed by the letter C) can be found printed in bold on the holiday page. We will also ask for your preferred UK departure date. Accommodation We will ask how many people will be occupying the hotel room, apartment or cabin. Similarly, please indicate the property number you require if you are booking a Cottage holiday from the DFDS Seaways/NOVASOL website. If we are to select a cottage on your behalf, please state your preferred area, category and bed type(s). There are two easy ways to book, you can either... Go online at: WWW.DFDS.CO.UK ...or call us on: 0871 882 0886 OPENING TIMES Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 8.00pm Saturday: 8.30am - 5.00pm Sunday: 10.00am - 4.00pm Bank Holidays: 10.00am - 4.00pm except from 7 Apr - 1 July and 8 Sep - 31 Dec during which period we are closed on Sundays. Between 10 Apr - 29 Jun and 10 Sep - 30 Dec we close at 6.00pm. We are here to help you and remember there is also a wealth of information available at dfds.co.uk 1 2 PASSENGER INFORMATION We will require full names of all passengers travelling, dates of birth, nationality and possibly passport numbers. HOLIDAY EXTENSIONS Please let us know if you would like to extend your holiday as durations displayed are just examples. SHIP ACCOMMODATION Please let us know the cabin accommodation you require. For details of prices for alternative cabin accommodation please call us or visit dfds.co.uk 3 4 5 6 TRAVEL/VEHICLE INSURANCE DFDS Seaways require all passengers to have personal travel insurance. If you are not taking insurance through our insurance provider, please tell us the name of your insurer. Call us for details of our travel insurance options or visit our website dfds.co.uk/insurance 7 I Cheques should be made payable to DFDS Seaways Ltd. I Please write your booking number on the reverse of your cheque. I Please note, a £20 telephone booking fee applies for all holiday bookings. Please quote your booking number in any correspondence or when making any enquiries regarding your reservation. Calls to 0871 882 0888/6 from a landline cost no more than 8p per minute. Calls from mobiles and other networks may vary. Calls may be recorded for training purposes. PAYMENT I You can pay by cheque, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Delta or Switch. I A credit card fee of 1.9% will be levied on all transactions over £20 in value. Min £4, max £25. 8 VEHICLE DETAILS Please have your vehicle details ready. Please note that when stating your vehicle height and length, this should include any roof rack or luggage etc. I All we require is a deposit of £50 per person (full payment if you are booking within 8 weeks of travel date) and this includes your personal insurance premiums if required.
