WHO WILL BE COMING? The booking is made by the first named person on behalf of all passengers in their party and the address given should be that of the first named person to whom all correspondence will be sent. WHICH CRUISE BREAK? Simply choose your cruise break online or advise our travel adviser if you call. PASSENGER INFORMATION We will require full names of all passengers travelling, dates of birth, nationality and possibly passport number dependent upon nationality.

Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 8.00pm Saturday: 9.00am - 5.00pm Sunday: 10.00am - 4.00pm Bank Holidays: 10.00am - 4.00pm except from 7 Apr - 1 July and 8 Sep - 31 Dec during which period we are closed on Sundays. Between 7 Apr - 29 Jun and 8 Sep - 30 Dec we close at 6.00pm.

Please write your booking number on the reverse of your cheque. Please note, there is £30 charge for tailor-made bookings. SHIP ACCOMMODATION Please let us know or select whilst online, the cabin accommodation you require. For details of prices for alternative cabin accommodation visit us online at dfds.co.uk or please call us. VEHICLE DETAILS If you are taking your vehicle, please have these details ready. Please note that when stating your vehicle height and length, this should include any roof rack or luggage etc. TRAVEL/VEHICLE INSURANCE DFDS Seaways require all passengers to have personal travel insurance. If you are not taking insurance through our policy, we will require the name of your insurer. Call us for details of our travel insurance options or visit our website dfds.co.uk
PAYMENT You can pay by cheque, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Delta or Switch. A credit card fee of 1.9% will be levied on all transactions over £20 in value. Min £4, max £25. Telephone booking fee applies. We require a deposit of £50 per person when staying 4 nights or longer (full payment if you are booking within 8 weeks of travel date) and this includes your personal insurance premiums if required. For 2 and 3 night cruise breaks, not including a hotel stay, the balance is payable in full at the time of booking. Cheques should be made payable to DFDS Seaways Ltd.

We have special packages with a variety of options from all-inclusive bar packages, welcome drinks, special occasion cakes, VIP packages for your cabin, gift sets, champagne and special dinners. We can even arrange special excursions (minimum numbers required). Enjoy your hen party, birthday, anniversary or even wedding celebrations on board our cruise ferry in the company of friends and relatives.
