Central America is a destination waiting to be explored by the adventurous traveller. It has all the right ingredients, history, indigenous native culture, reefs, beaches and wilderness. It also has a great infrastructure making our journeys pretty civilised and we stay in hotels and guesthouses most of the time. To keep our options open, we do occasionally camp and it has to be said that although the lifestyle is pretty easy, these journeys are definitely adventure holidays. Fantastic holidays in fact, especially if you are into caving, diving, boats or horseriding. They are also a rare treat for the volcano addict with a truckload of volcanic experiences around.
