INTRODUCTION
How to book your trip
1. Check availability

2. Hold your place
You can provisionally hold a place (an option) on your selected trip, usually for between three and seven days.
3. Complete your Booking Form and Payment
Age restrictions
We cannot accept bookings from unaccompanied minors (under 18 years) on any of our holidays. Some trips are suitable for older teenagers if travelling with a parent or guardian with whom they must share a room. Please see the minimum age stated on each trip page. Self-guided holidays have a recommended minimum age, but as these are not group holidays, we are flexible according to ability and there being a bike of a suitable size available locally.
You have the choice of completing the booking form at the back of the brochure (page 58) or the online version on our website. Payment details can easily be taken over the phone. Alternatively you can provide them on the booking form or send us a cheque.
Book with confidence
Exodus is fully licensed and bonded as a tour operator. We hold Air Traffic Organisers Licence (ATOL) number 2582 issued and bonded with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). We are also bonded to the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and we are members of the Federation of Tour Operators (FTO). This means you can book your Exodus holiday with confidence, as all monies paid to us for your trip are fully protected.
Trip Notes
For every trip in this brochure you can request detailed Trip Notes. These contain a full itinerary, background information, cycling conditions, level of support and other technical details such as visas and vaccinations. Both to aid your choice, and to avoid misunderstandings, we strongly recommend that you read them before booking.
Special groups
We have a dedicated groups department that can arrange private departures on most of our brochured tours. So if you are a group of friends, a cycling club, a charity or a school group, we can lay on a special departure, often on the date of your choice. We generally work with a minimum group size of 6-8, but costs per person will depend on total final numbers. Sometimes we like to limit the maximum group size to those shown in the brochure, especially as large groups can go against our policy of low impact tourism. Discounted multiple trips
If youve booked on two or more trips* with Exodus in the last five years, you will receive a 5% discount on your next Exodus booking. Those dedicated travellers whove been on nine or more trips* with Exodus will receive a 10% discount on all subsequent bookings. *Excludes any of the combined multi sector trips booked from the old Overland Journeys brochure, as these were already discounted, and UK biking weekends.
