How to book your trip
1. Check availability
Go online to check availability, or contact us by phone or email. · Call 0845 863 9606 · Email sales@exodus.co.uk
2. Secure your place
You can provisionally hold a place on your selected trip, usually for between three and seven days.
3. Complete your Booking Form and Payment
You have the choice of completing the booking form at the back of the brochure (page 202) or the online version on our website. Payment details can easily be taken over the phone. Alternatively you can provide them on the booking form or send us a cheque.
Book with confidence
Exodus is fully licensed and bonded as a tour operator. We hold Air Traffic Organisers Licence (ATOL) number 2582 issued and bonded with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). We are also bonded to the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and we are members of the Federation of Tour Operators (FTO). This means you can book your Exodus holiday with confidence, as all monies paid to us for your trip are fully protected.

Quality and value
We don't aim to be the most luxurious or the cheapest, but we do aim to give the best value. We don't cut corners and we pay our overseas partners a fair rate for their services. In 2008, in response to client feedback, we have also dropped local payments from all our tours.
Book early
We strongly advise that you book your holiday as far in advance as possible. In recent years, airlines have become increasingly stringent about the use of allocated seats and we are required to release seats up to ten weeks before departure. This means that if you leave your booking too late, it is not always possible to obtain a seat on the group flight or at the group fare. In either case this can result in an additional cost for you. Naturally if you have no choice but to book late, our sales team will use all their experience to help secure the best seat available. You should note that other elements of the trip, such as Inca Trail or Gorilla permits may mean that it is important to book early. Details can be found in the relevant Trip Notes.

We rely very heavily on word of mouth and repeat custom for our bookings, so it is imperative that we give our clients the best holidays possible. We believe that over 30 years of operation and a more extensive programme than anyone else in our sector of the travel industry illustrates our success.
New for 2008 - No Local Payments
In response to client feedback, from 2008 we have removed all local payments to make sure that you have a clear and honest view of the cost of each trip. If you are comparing Exodus to other operators, please check their price carefully as many continue to charge local payments as a supplement to the published trip price. Exodus continues to offer the best balance between value for money and quality of experience.
Feedback
On every trip, we provide you with a questionnaire that we urge you to fill in. We rely on your feedback to help maintain and improve the quality of our holidays.
Accuracy
We do our utmost to make sure that the information provided in this brochure is accurate. However, things can change due to circumstances beyond our control any changes will be detailed on our website and in the appropriate Trip Notes.
