urope boasts an incredible variety of scenery, activities, history and culture, making it a classic choice for a family holiday. In many European countries, life really revolves around the family, so it is very easy to immerse your own in the local community and also a great opportunity for children to practise their foreign language skills! Being close to the UK, there are no issues with long flights, changing planes or health concerns. Exodus has selected an excellent range of destinations, which should appeal to any family. The adventurous can try caving and rock climbing in the Picos de Europa, while those who prefer to relax may be better suited to cruising across the Aegean Sea. Rest assured that we can also offer you everything in between!

Accommodation We pride ourselves on the accommodation that we use on these tours. All hotels have been hand selected to offer more comfort than on our adult Exodus programmes. We try to stay for longer in each destination to enable you to really settle in, and most places are family run: so give an excellent welcome to children. Many of our destinations don't see large scale tourism and have been selected to give an authentic experience of the region.
Activities The majority of our European trips are based around a series of activities, all of which are designed with children and teenagers in mind. Full briefings will be given prior to the activities and all equipment is provided. Whether it is canoeing the Dordogne, rafting in Austria, cycling under Mt Blanc, rock-climbing in Spain or dogsledding in Finland, you can be assured that our leaders are appropriately qualified, experienced and above all safe. However, don't worry if lying back and letting the world drift by is more your thing, we have that covered too!
