Heading away from Havana, we sample more of the island's attractions; from revolutionary history at Che Guevara's Mausoleum, a catamaran trip with the opportunity to go snorkelling in the warm waters of the Caribbean Sea, to an (optional) authentic salsa lesson in Trinidad! In contrast we venture into Cuba's most stunning national park - Topes de Collantes - home to the Cuban national bird, the Tocoro, which we hope to spot during our gentle walk.
