GROUP HOLIDAYS WITH INCLUDED ACTIVITIES
Most of the holidays in this brochure are group holidays. Group sizes will vary from 4 to 16, but generally comprise around 10 participants. If you are trying a new activity, travelling with a group of like-minded people adds plenty of fun and laughs to your winter holiday. We have as many single travellers as we do couples, so don't feel worried about booking on your own. We also find that group holidays, with their activities included in the price, give better value for money than those where one or two people are arranging their activities on the spot. On our holidays the relatively high cost of instructors and airport transfers is already included in the price and shared across the group.

INDEPENDENT HOLIDAYS
Exodus are leaders in small group activity holidays, however we understand that many people prefer to travel with their partners, families or own group of friends. Our series of independent holidays offer the research, organisation and back-up that Exodus is known for, but without the obligation to travel in a group. We will arrange flights, transfers and accommodation for you. Once at the base, you can pick and choose your activities each day, according to your own preference. On our Flexi Activity week in Lapland, we recommend that you book activities in advance.
GROUP LEADERS AND INSTRUCTORS
The majority of the holidays in this brochure our groups are accompanied throughout by a tour leader; usually the leader is also the ski instructor, snowshoeing or dogsledding guide. However, for a number of trips the group activities will be led by a local instructor and the hoteliers will act as the local representative for Exodus, meaning that you will not be accompanied all day every day. Where a traditional tour leader is with the group for the duration, this is mentioned on the relevant page in the `Included in the price' box.
