South Luangwa is a superb national park and provides an opportunity to see leopard, elephant, crocodile and many other animals. Youll travel by 4WD vehicle and on foot from one remote luxury camp to another to explore the bush. Lots of activities (like our pick-a-poo safari) are planned for children. Close to the park are two other special places: Yosefe Basic School (see opposite) and Kapani Lodge a wonderful lodge equipped with modern amenities but built in African style.

* Children from five and up can join the trip and will be able to take part in nature walks and fun activities from Kapani Lodge. Lodges are chosen for comfort, atmosphere and proximity to the best wildlife. There is a lower age limit of 12 for the bush-camps (this can sometimes be flexible depending on other bookings) and walking safaris in the national park. Gameviewing is by open 4-wheel drive vehicle with no canopy, so hats are a must when travelling around.
