Saving water in Morocco
When you book a holiday with us we'll ask you to make a small donation to the World Care Fund. Your donations are helping 50 hotels and 50 riads, which are traditional guesthouses, in Marrakech to save water. Using simple and cost-effective techniques, this new project will help hotels to trim down their water consumption. Our World Care Fund project partner, The Travel Foundation, is an independent sustainable tourism charity that works in close partnership with the UK travel industry to fund these projects.

EXPLORE YOUR DESTINATION Here's a little taste of what's on offer. For more excursion ideas, speak to your Holiday Advisor. Marrakech Express Let this imperial city's rose-tinted charm win you over. On this tour, you'll walk the higgledy-piggledy maze of Marrakech's souks and soak-up the sights, sounds and smells of the Jemaa el-Fna square. 4x4 Mini Adventure to Massa Leave the city behind and discover Morocco's rural side on this daytrip to the pre-Saharan sand dunes. On the drive, you'll pass by banana villages, the Ben Youssef Dam and the Souss Massa National Park. This park's a twitcher's delight and is home to the endangered Bald Ibis. Berber Night Out Live the Berber life for an evening in a typical Berber village at the Kasbah of Tassila. You'll eat your fill of traditional foods, including couscous, and traditional entertainment including song, music and dance. Agadir For a beach holiday with an exotic twist, Morocco is soaked in sunshine and magic. Cool and cosmopolitan, Agadir mixes modern hotels, an almost endless sandy beach and an upmarket flavour, while Marrakech offers the perfect city break during your beach holiday and is a splash of real Morocco. Marrakech From the majesty of Koutoubia Mosque's 70-metre-high minaret to the patterned carpets on walls around the imperial city's main square, Marrakech has so much to see. Just don't miss haggling for that must-have teapot, tasting an authentic tagine and wandering into an old-world riad.
Whether it's pyramids of turmeric in the souks, the Atlantic's blue expanse or green mosaic tiles, Morocco's got colour laid-on. But, there's plenty more to this country than a palate to inspire artists. Lift the lid on the `real' Morocco and let Marrakech weave its magic or enjoy beaches and upbeat vibe of seaside Agadir.
