Bologna is a fantastic place to visit with an excellent food market in the city centre, and some seriously good delicatessens to shop in. It was once the city of a hundred towers and although there are now only two still left standing, there are a host of churches, and galleries to explore. Food lovers will enjoy the visit to the gourmet Mercato di Mezzo- a covered market, brimming with charm and atmosphere, offering an authentic Italian gastronomic experience!
