Palazzo Minelli
We had a lovely time in Highlights Bologna. The group fitted 2 cookery lessons / private visit to balsamic vinegar producer / together really well and day in Bologna for sight-seeing and shopping hope to meet up again on a future holiday. Venue

Palazzo Minelli dates back to the 15th century and is a classic example of a Bolognese country estate house. It is situated in the Pianura , a rich, fertile, agricultural area 20 minutes drive north of Bologna. Flavours guests stay in the former stable block, which has been simply converted into en-suite bedrooms with wooden beams, white-washed walls and tiled floors. The former laundry now houses the Flavours kitchen and has a rustic feel with an original fireplace, cobble-stone floor and antique marble-top tables.
