St Raphael Côte dAzur Cannes Formerly a fashionable wintering place for the English aristocracy, Cannes today is a cosmopolitan, year-round resort which still retains an opulent atmosphere and attracts many of the nouveau glitterati, including TV and movie stars. It has a beautiful beach of soft sand, a delightful old town and, of course, a huge marina packed with million-dollar yachts. Côte dAzur Juan les pins Originally a small fishing village, the harbour is still central to the town along with the sweeping promenade, long sandy beach and marina. Next door to Antibes, Juan les Pins is a very lively resort with a good quality, natural beach and plenty of exciting entertainment and nightlife. eXCelSioR  Genuine warmth of welcome and quality of service in a prime location on the seafront and yet just a few minutes walk from the station  ideal for exploring the Riviera. The excellent restaurant and wood-panelled bar, with terrace, and lounge look out onto the Mediterranean, and its fin de siecle charm and elegant decor echo those of the sadly missed Victoria in Beaulieu.
