Explore the hundreds of miles of gigantic forests, crystal-clear lakes and snow-capped mountains of Western Canada. The highlights will be Vancouver, Victoria, the Inside Passage mini-cruise and the Rockies and you will see some of the best scenery in the world.
May - September
Day 1 Arrival In Vancouver Arrive and transfer to your downtown hotel for a 2 night stay. Century Plaza Hotel/Pacific Palisades Day 2 Vancouver You will have the entire day to explore Vancouver and the surrounding area. Some suggestions: MacMillan Planetarium, Chinatown, Gastown, Granville Island, Capilano Suspension Bridge, Grouse Mountain and Stanley Park. Day 3 Vancouver To Penticton (395 km) Collect your car ready for the scenic drive to Penticton in the Okanagan Valley, known for its lush orchards, wineries, beaches and hot, dry climate. Penticton Lakeside Resort Day 4 Penticton to Revelstoke (260 km) Morning at leisure to enjoy the Okanagan Valley. Then drive past spectacular waterfalls, towering peaks and beautiful lakes en route to the Revelstoke. Glacier Lodge Day 5 Revelstoke To Banff (280 km) Drive through Glacier National Park and Rogers Pass en route to the Canadian Rockies. You will enter Alberta and Yoho National Park as you travel through the
Kicking Horse Pass. Before you continue on to the bustling resort town of Banff for your 2 night stay, we suggest a visit to Lake Louise. Brewster Mountain Lodge/Fox Suites Day 6 Banff National Park Entire day is free to tour Banff and the surrounding area. We suggest a visit to Banff Natural History Museum . You may also try river rafting or take a boat tour on Lake Minnewanka. Day 7 Banff To Jasper (285 km) Drive to Jasper via the spectacular Icefields Parkway. We suggest a stop at Peyto Lake en route. Enjoy glorious photo opportunities of snow-capped peaks, waterfalls and alpine meadows as you travel this route considered one of the most scenic drives in the world. Whistlers Inn/Sawridge Inn Day 8 Jasper To Prince George (375 km) The Yellowhead Highway meanders past Mount Robson, the highest peak in the Rockies, and descends into the vast forests of northern British Columbia . Day 11 Prince Rupert Take the chance (must prebook) of either a bear or whale watching excursion (MayJuly grizzly bears, Aug-Sept humpback whales). Day 12 Prince Rupert To Port Hardy (Cruise) NB only operates every other day. Must plan dates to fit. Enjoy a full-day ocean cruise on board a B.C. Day 15 Victoria Victoria is yours to explore. Dont miss the Royal British Columbia museum or afternoon tea at the Fairmont Empress! Day 15 Victoria To Vancouver Before you leave Victorias charms and the beauty of the Inner Harbour, we recommend you visit Butchart Gardens, a magnificent display of flowers and shrubs set in an old stone quarry. Enjoy a mini-cruise on BC Ferries guiding you around the many Gulf Islands, through the Strait of Georgia to mainland British Columbia. Check in at Vancouver International Airport for your overnight flight home. Not available for departures Jul 30-Aug 2 & Aug 19-22.

Day 13 Port Hardy to Campbell River (240 km) Travel the eastern shore of Vancouver Island to Campbell River, a focal point for sport salmon fishing, for overnight. Visit the totem poles and in Chemainus, you can see the famous murals.
