Tremblant Tremblant Consistently rated the Number One resort in the Eastern North America, Tremblant offers good skiing, good food and good accommodation. The village is a delightful mix of multi-coloured shops, restaurants and bars, with mostly ski-in/ski-out hotels and apartments. Popular with families, there are lots of winter activities available and it is only a 6 hour flight from London Cest magnifique! Getting there Daily flights to Montreal and a 90 minute bus journey. The village For a small village Tremblant has packed in a great deal of boutiques, restaurants, pubs and clubs. There is also often live entertainment in the form of fire eaters, clowns or live music typical of the Québecois determination to enjoy themselves! You will find plenty of superb food from light snacks to gastronomical feasts on offer - try Le Chalet du Smoked Meat for a great local delicacy or Bullseye for something more substantial; the Windigo Restaurant in the Fairmont is a Frontier favourite. There is a small convenience store in the village and a supermarket in neighbouring St Jovite about 20 minutes drive away. On piste Both sides of the mountain have a variety of interesting runs, from groomed novice trails to tough bump runs and steep glades. A heated gondola and good snow reliability add to the overall package. Ski school Tremblant has an excellent ski school. Kids have their own small hill and two Magic Carpets. Ask us for details or visit www.frontier-ski.co.uk. Children under 12 ski free except Dec 22-Jan 4. Adult lift pass 10th day free. 46 To book call 020 8776 8709 F
