This converted farmhouse is on 3 levels and has been fitted out with all modern conveniences. It is situated on the edge of San Ginese and within walking distance (approx 150m) of the shops and restaurants in the village. Villa Alessia is just a short drive to the famous historic town of Lucca and within 30 km of the coast and Florence is also easily accessible. It has a lovely garden with vine-covered gazebo for outside dining and a private pool. This villa provides excellent accommodation for a family or group of friends wishing to holiday together. Car hire is essential and the villa has private parking. Parties of 6 or less do not have use of second floor accommodation. Ground floor: hall leading to kitchen/breakfast room, utility room, living room, dining room with fireplace. First floor: master double bedroom with ensuite shower room, 1 twin and 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom. Second floor: double bedroom, living area with sofa bed and shower room. Satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Breakage deposit of e150 to be lodged directly with owner and refunded on departure. Weekly cleaning service and linen change. Central heating available and payable locally (according to metered usage) if required. Saturday changeover.

Villa Conte stands in the countryside, just 2 km from historic Lucca and makes a great base for touring the nearby coastal area as well as having easy motorway access to Florence and the Chianti region. This large family house stands in its own garden surrounded by fruit trees, with a raised swimming pool with wooden surround and a nearby built-in BBQ area. The house itself is rambling and quaint, with lots of narrow staircases and secret corners and is decorated in flamboyant style. Outside, by the pool, the garden also boasts a large external kitchen. Villa Conte is semi-detached, but totally private. Ground floor: dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. First floor: cloakroom with WC, small additional kitchen area, double bedroom with single sofa-bed, bathroom, up 4 steps to double bedroom with single sofa bed, shower room and small additional kitchen. Second floor: sitting area with double sofa-bed leading to curtained double bedroom with small kitchen area and shower room. BBQ, washing machine, basic satellite TV. Breakage deposit of e300 to be lodged directly with owner and refunded on departure. Weekly cleaning service and linen change. Final cleaning charge of e80 payable locally and deductible from the breakage deposit. Central heating available and payable locally (according to metered usage) if required. Saturday changeover.
