In a residential area of the same name, Entrepinos is a spacious villa set in private, extensive lawned and hedged gardens just 5 km from Arenal beach and 1.5 km from a small selection of shops and restaurants. The villa is built into the hillside, with the bedrooms on the lower level and opening onto the garden and pool area, whilst the living areas are upstairs at the entrance level. There is a large upstairs balcony offering good views, plus a shaded lower terrace with BBQ leading onto the garden. The old town of Javea is approx. 7 km away. Two storeys. From the driveway the front doors lead into a spacious lounge/dining room with TV/ DVD and CD player. Sofa bed suitable for 2 children. Also on this upper level are 2 double bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom), a small twin bedroom and further bathroom. Downstairs (at garden level - via a spiral staircase) is a fitted kitchen/dining room with microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and doors leading to the garden. Further lounge area and twin bedroom with bathroom. The shaded veranda is accessed from the lower lounge and kitchen and leads to the pool. Weekly cleaning and linen change. Friday changeover.

With a small terrace and private garden leading via a gate to the communal pool (with children's pool) and sun terraces, it is ideal for families with children wanting to socialise with others, as well as be close to the beach. There is a bus stop nearby, making Margarita ideal for those who dont want to drive all the time. Two storeys. Hallway leading to a fitted kitchen with microwave and washing machine. Jardines del Mar is a top quality development of apartments and linked houses set around lawned gardens with swimming pool and children's pool, just a few min walk from the port, beach and old town of Javea.
