This spacious, traditional villa is very handily situated in the countryside between Puerto Pollensa (2 km) and Pollensa Town (3 km) and has a large lawned garden and a fenced and gated swimming pool, making it ideal for families with children. Three of the bedrooms are air-conditioned and heated, so Villa Francisco is a great choice at any time of year. Inside, the villa is very spacious and comfortable and furnished in traditional Mallorcan style with wooden beams and lots of nik-naks. The convenient location, large garden and air-conditioning make Villa Francisco a very popular choice. Air conditioning at no extra charge. Two storeys. A pretty, shaded veranda at the front of the house leads into a kitchen with full cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and then into a dining room and lounge with conservatory (opening onto the garden) and basic satellite TV with DVD player. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and 1 small twin (all with air conditioning at no extra charge), plus 2 full bathrooms (one ensuite). Large twin (not air conditioned) and further shower/WC downstairs. There is also a dining terrace with BBQ. Free safe. Twice weekly cleaning and towel change, linen once. Saturday changeover.

Bright, spacious and modern with traditional beamed ceilings, it has an attractive veranda and extensive sun terraces around the private swimming pool, as well as a BBQ. C'an Varella is pleasantly furnished in a mixture of modern and traditional styles. The delightful gardens are filled with trees and flowering shrubs and offer splendid views of the countryside. C'an Varella is also bordered by plenty of undeveloped land, so the house and grounds offer lots of privacy and tranquillity. Two storeys.
