The pretty, bustling Mediterranean village of St. Cyprien is a mere 5 km from St. Cyprien port, with its beaches and attractive marina, which is surrounded by seafood restaurants
Golfers are catered for locally at the 18-hole course of 'Mas d'Uston'; less serious golfers may prefer the mini-golf at nearby Argèles-sur-Mer. To enjoy some local culture, the historic town of Elne with its 10th century cathedral is nearby, as is Collioure with its Château Royal. A visit to Perpignan is a 'must', as is the stunning drive to Spain via the Côte Vermeille. There is a local market 3 minutes from the property every Thursday, and it is a five minute walk in to the centre of the village so, although in a residential area (it is one in a row of three), you are away from the main hustle and bustle of village life. There are two bedrooms and a shower room on each floor which makes the house ideal for two families, and also means that it could be suitable for wheelchair access, the only obstacle being the four steps up to the pool from the terrace.
